Am I the only one who thinks it’s kind of sad that a man in power is getting SO MUCH celebration, just for revealing that he is a decent human being? Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s fantastic that Obama said it on television, but it took him 4 years. And it just shows what the rest of the political spectrum is like when he says that he believes in the most basic of human rights and equality, and it’s like he’s announced that everyone in America is getting a pet Corgi.
